Mellon Foundation. Information about the project is available at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sas.ac.uk\/human_rights.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.sas.ac.uk\/human_rights.html<\/a>.<br \/>\nThe successful candidate will be expected to:<\/div>\n<div>* Organise the logistics for a series of inter-disciplinary conferences and seminars on neighbourly violence and post-violence repair;<br \/>\n* Conduct his\/her own research on a theme related to the seminar series, and present that research at one of the events in the series;<br \/>\n* Engage with speakers and participants in the series on both an intellectual and practical level;<br \/>\n* Supervise two graduate fellows in organising the seminars.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The successful applicant will have a PhD (or be demonstrably close to completion) in the humanities, social sciences or law on a relevant topic, excellent organisational skills, and excellent written English.
