BELLO<\/strong>, University of Milano, Italy and <strong>Alexandrine GUYARD-NEDELEC<\/strong>, Universit\u00e9 Paris 1 Panth\u00e9on-Sorbonne, France<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Taking as a starting point the bottom-up instances of participation and resistance by women\u2019s movements around the world, the session of the Working Group \u201cGender, Law and Society\u201d of the RCSL aims at discussing how the laws and policies can be transformed, nurtured, deconstructed or improved in a way that they are responsive to women at the local level.
