The organizers would like to discuss the following issues during the forthcoming conference:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How gender impacts experiences of risk for different categories of people in human history;<\/li>\n<li>How do we use theory &amp; methods in times of stress and what role do historians play;<\/li>\n<li>Need to revisit the figure of learning from history: Gender, education and workplace;<\/li>\n<li>Gender-based violence in situations of crisis;<\/li>\n<li>Women and epidemic\/epidemiology;<\/li>\n<li>Global and Asian perspectives on epidemics, women\u2019s work and situations of crisis;<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation of women researcher\u2019s work;<\/li>\n<li>Women\u2019s movements and their roles in crisis;<\/li>\n<li>Women\u2019s Labour: triple burden?<\/li>\n<li>Gender-sensitive management of crisis situations;<\/li>\n<li>Gender-sensitive response to risk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Women and Gender network encourages global and comparative perspectives on gender and risk.
