Diese Ausgabe der Zeitschrift soll Einblick in die neueste Forschung, Theoriebildung und Praxis im Zusammenhang mit Geschlecht\/Gender im Feld personzentrierter oder experienzieller Therapie bzw. Beratung geben. Wir hoffen auf Beitr\u00e4ge, die sowohl bestehende Theorien anfragen als auch neue Denkwege er\u00f6ffnen und neue Formen von therapeutischer oder beraterischer Praxis vorstellen, die f\u00fcr die Kategorie Geschlecht sensibel sind und aufmerksam auf damit verbundene Fragen eingehen. Wir sind an jeder Art von daf\u00fcr relevanter Forschung interessiert.<\/p>\n

\nDie Artikel sollten einen interdisziplin\u00e4ren Ansatz verfolgen, da Gender\/Geschlecht in vielen Diskursen thematisiert und diskutiert wurde und wird, aber leider im personzentrierten Arbeiten bislang selten explizit thematisiert wurde.
\nZum Thema Gender\/Geschlecht geh\u00f6ren vor allem folgende Bereiche: K\u00f6rper, Geschlecht, Sexualit\u00e4t, sexuelle Orientierung sowie soziale, politische und kulturelle Perspektiven.
\nInteressierte m\u00f6gen sich bitte mit einem Vorschlag bis zum 17. M\u00e4rz bei uns melden: Bitte schicken Sie uns einen Aufriss Ihres m\u00f6glichen Beitrags. Wir werden dann bis April mit Ihnen in Kontakt treten. Falls wir Sie bitten, Ihren Artikel auszuarbeiten, muss das fertige Manuskript (h\u00f6chstens 6000 Worte) bis Anfang August eingereicht werden.\n<\/p>\n

Call for Articles on Gender Issues in Person-Centered and Experiential Psychotherapy and Counseling<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

Suzanne Keys and Veronika Pruller-Jagenteufel are guest editing a special issue of the Person-Centered & Experiential Psychotherapies PCEP journal of the World Association for Person-Centered and Experiential Psychotherapy and Counseling.<\/p>\n

This issue will showcase the latest international theory, practice and research on issues to do with gender in person-centered and experiential psychotherapy. We hope it will include some critique of theory as well as proposing new ways of thinking and practising therapy with an awareness of gender issues.<\/p>\n

We are very interested in any relevant research. We would like there to be an interdisciplinary element to articles as gender is an area which has received attention in many different fields, although sadly relatively little in pce writing. We imagine that writing on gender will involve questions of body, sex, sexuality, sexual orientation and social, political and cultural perspectives.<\/p>\n

We would like to hear from anyone who has a proposal by 9 March 2007. We will then contact you by the end of March and expect to receive articles in English of no more than 6000 words by August 2007.<\/p>\n
