The approaches in the fields of genre studies, and of femininity and masculinity in the Americas, the Caribbean, in Europe and in Africa through the social practices and public policies and in the public and private areas will be the answer to the identity and diversity processes in a globalised context.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>This conference follows two seminars organised by the international network ALEC in 2011 and 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Questions related to sexual identities, power relations, representations in plastic and audio-visual arts will be dealt with. Femininities and masculinities, FeminineMasculine and the business world, FeminineMasculine and migrations, as well as FeminineMasculine and politics and conflicts of all types will be analysed. From nursery school to higher education, in school books, in contrastive lexicology and phraseology, in the Amerindian communities, the accepted topics will constitute different possibilities of expression and promotion of the knowledge about the relations between the genres within the family, the workplace, in society, in everyday life and in citizen participation.<\/p>\n<p>The exemplarity of the personal accounts and stories of FeminineMasculine in social and popular groups, the valorisation of individual experiences and of collective actions, cultural, generational and ethical diversities, the use of new technologies in communication will allow to measure and study the advancement or regression of women in the realisation of their rights and in the evolution of social and public practices, yesterday and today, here and everywhere else.<\/p>\n<p>THEMATIC LINES (non exclusive)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cFeminineMasculine\u201d and education<\/li>\n<li>\u201cFeminineMasculine\u201d and identity<\/li>\n<li>\u201cFeminineMasculine\u201d and diversity<\/li>\n<li>\u201cFeminineMasculine\u201d and history<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Organisation<br \/>\nPlenary lectures: 30 minutes<br \/>\nPresentations (workshops): 20 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Deadline for submission<br \/>\nBy September 15, 2012<br \/>\nTitle and abstract: maximum length 15 lines + key words + essential bibliography<br \/>\nName and surname<br \/>\nGrade and institution<br \/>\nAddress of the academic institution<br \/>\nIn French, English, Spanish or Portuguese.<\/p>\n<p>Please, send to:<br \/>\nDominique Gay-Sylvestre (the Americas, the Caribbean, Spain, Africa): dominique.gay-sylvestre@unilim.fr or to<br \/>\nPatricia Alonso (France and francophone Europe): patricia.alonso@unilim.fr or to<br \/>\nRam\u00f3n Mart\u00ed Solano (non-francophone Europe, North America, Brazil): ramon.marti-solano@unilim.fr.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &#8211;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le colloque international \u00ab F\u00c9MININMASCULIN Hier et aujourd\u2019hui, ici et ailleurs \u00bb est organis\u00e9 par le r\u00e9seau ALEC (Am\u00e9rique Latine, Europe, Cara\u00efbes) \u00ab Relations de genre et pratiques sociales \u00bb, au sein du laboratoire de recherche FRED (FRancophonie, Education, Diversit\u00e9) de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Limoges.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019inscrit dans une perspective pluridisciplinaire (histoire, anthropologie, \u00e9ducation, sociologie, juridique, linguistique\u2026) et empirique. Les approches des territoires du genre, du f\u00e9minin et du masculin dans les Am\u00e9riques, les Cara\u00efbes, en Europe et en Afrique, par le biais des pratiques sociales et des politiques publiques qui seront propos\u00e9es, dans des espaces public et priv\u00e9, r\u00e9pondront aux processus diversitaires et identitaires dans un contexte de mondialisation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019inscrit \u00e9galement dans la continuit\u00e9 des deux journ\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e9tudes organis\u00e9es par le r\u00e9seau ALEC en 2011 et en 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Les identit\u00e9s sexuelles, les relations de pouvoirs, les repr\u00e9sentations dans les arts plastiques et audiovisuels seront abord\u00e9es. Les f\u00e9minit\u00e9s versus masculinit\u00e9s, le f\u00e9mininmasculin et le monde de l\u2019\u00e9conomie, le f\u00e9mininmasculin et les migrations, de m\u00eame que le f\u00e9mininmasculin et la politique et les conflits de tous ordres seront analys\u00e9s. De l\u2019\u00e9cole \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, dans les manuels scolaires, en lexicologie et phras\u00e9ologie contrastives, chez les Am\u00e9rindiens, les th\u00e9matiques retenues constitueront autant de possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019expression et de promotion des connaissances sur les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s et formes de discriminations qui affectent l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 dans les relations de genre au sein de la famille, du travail, de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, de la vie quotidienne et de la participation citoyenne.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019exemplarit\u00e9 des r\u00e9cits et histoires de vie du f\u00e9mininmasculin dans les milieux sociaux et populaires, la valorisation des exp\u00e9riences individuelles et des actions collectives, les diversit\u00e9s culturelles, g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelles et \u00e9thiques, l\u2019usage des nouvelles technologies \u00e0 la communication, l\u2019information, la pr\u00e9vention,\u2026 permettront de mesurer et d\u2019\u00e9tudier l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019avancement ou le recul des femmes dans l\u2019accomplissement de leurs droits et l\u2019\u00e9volution des pratiques sociales et publiques, Hier et aujourd\u2019hui, ici et ailleurs.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>F\u00e9mininmasculin et \u00e9ducation<\/li>\n<li>F\u00e9mininmasculin et identit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>F\u00e9mininmasculin et diversit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>F\u00e9minimasculin et histoire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les propositions de communications (15 lignes maximum + mots cl\u00e9s + r\u00e9f\u00e9rences bibliographiques) pourront \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es en fran\u00e7ais, espagnol, anglais ou portugais.
