The Organization of American Historians (OAH), in cooperation with the National Park Service, invites proposals from historians interested in writing an administrative history of Women’s Rights National Historical Park, a National Park Service unit located in Seneca Falls, New York, and established in 1980. The project has a two-year time frame and the researcher will be compensated. When selecting an author, preference will be given to scholars who are current members of the OAH.
A Scope of Work, describing the project in detail, is available upon request. Please direct inquiries or requests for the Scope to Melanie Forrest at the OAH, msforres@oah.org. Deadline for submission of proposals is December 17, 2007.
