The Centre for the History of Gender & the Urban Experience (CEHGURE) at Bath Spa University is very pleased to be holding its first conference on Gender & Loss: Experiencing Widowhood in Britain and Europe c.1400-1900, at the Bath Royal Literary and Scientific Institution (BRLSI) on 27-8 August.
