Conference about women in leadership

Why are there so few women in top management? Is it a problem and what can be done? Speakers and researchers from Denmark, Slovenia and Spain address the lack of women in leadership within business and science in this one-day conference organised by DJØF, The Danish Association of Lawyers and Economists.
