Cornelie Usborne ist Universitätsprofessorin am Department of Humanities an der University of Roehampton (UK). Ihre Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen „in the field of social and cultural history of Weimar Germany, especially the history of the reproductive body, abortion and sexuality.“ In ihren neuen Arbeiten beschäftigt sie sich mit „‚Imagined Pleasure, Ambivalent Practice.
