The Australian Women’s History Network invites paper and panel proposals which consider the theme of ‘mobility’ from a gendered perspective.
Papers and panels may address (but are not limited to) the themes of women’s participation in and gendered perspectives on:
- Political mobilisation
- National mobilisation
- Migration
- Transnational lives
- Boundary crossing
- Regional mobilities
- Social mobility
- Emotion
Please submit abstracts of 200 words by 15 March 2013 via the AHA conference website, selecting the ‘Women in Motion’ stream: <www.theaha.org.au/Mobilities>
