CfP: Women Writers/Artists and Travelling Modernisms (Event: Brisbane), Papers by 30 March 2009

Papers are invited on women writers/artists and any aspect of Modernism the conference WOMEN WRITERS/ARTISTS AND TRAVELLING MODERNISMS. The conference will take place Thursday and Friday, 4-5 June 2009, at The University of Queensland, St Lucia, Brisbane, Australia.

Already confirmed speakers include Bonnie Kime Scott (San Diego State University), Susan Sheridan (Emerita, Flinders University), Maryanne Dever (Monash University).

Earlybird Registration by 30 April

Registration cost: Fulltime academics: $AUD180; Others including postgraduate students: $AUD90. Registration includes lunches and reception.
